本文主要探討日本中小學教師甄試的制度和相關議題。首先，進行相關背景的概介，再由鉅觀和微觀層面，分析其法令依據、辦理流程、甄試方式和內容、實際辦理情形、發展趨勢等。最後，提出幾項可供我國借鏡之處。
The paper studies the system and related issues about teacher qualification exam for elementary and junior high school teachers in Japan. Some related backgrounds were firstly introduced. With marco and micro views， laws， administrative procedures， format and content of the exams， developmental trends about teacher qualification exam were viewed. Finally， some suggestions were presented.
