本文旨在檢視自一九六○年代以來學校效能研究領域的發展情形。研究發展的背景與研究發展的不同時期是首先探討的兩個重點。其次就研究方法、研究對象、成果變項的測量、研究變項的選取、研究模式、研究期間以及學校效能與其他研究領域發展的關聯性,作一綜合分析。
This paper aims to investigate the development of school effectiveness research area since the 1960s. First, the background and different periods of research development are explored. Then, the empirical school effective studies are analyzed from aspects of research methods, sampling, measurement of outcome, the selection of variables, research models, study period, and the links with other academic areas.
